My name is Jack Ettinger, owner of Adventure Dining.  We have been in business for over 3 years and have delivered a unique dining experience to thousands of guests visiting Costa Rica. 

After visiting Costa Rica for the first time I decided to do a "lifestyle" change and move to Costa Rica.  One evening while enjoying a beautiful sunset and glass of wine on the beach the concept of Adventure Dining was born. 

Having traveled extensively with my family, I know that travelers always seek a unique dining experience.
